After walking down Lower Regent Street and pausing for a photo-call on
the Duke of York steps, we went along the Mall to Admiralty Arch, and
thence down Whitehall, past the gates of Downing Street (scene of
Russell's arrest on a cold day in December):
Around Parliament Square, by St Margaret's Westminster, the Police swooped outnumbering our party; Vincent and Russell were arrested after refusing to clothe themselves.
